USAGE FREE AGENCY RULES SIMPLIFIED
1) Upon conclusion of the Playoffs, and before cutting down to the Off-season Rosters as described in the League Guide Section VIII, all players who have not met the usage requirements will be released from their teams and placed into the MWWL Annual Draft. Position Players with at least 100 PA during the MLB season who do not at least reach 50% of their MLB usage in the MWWL Regular are released.
(a) Plate Appearances are always rounded up.
2) Pitchers with at least 25 IPs during the MLB season who do not at least reach 50% of their MLB usage of their MLB batters faced during the MWWL Regular Season are released.
