Game #3:	McGuire doubles and homers drives in 4 as Winnipeg wins 12-1

Janesville Juggernauts @ Fort Worth Panthers
Preview	The Fort Worth Panthers pay the Janesville Juggernauts a visit for a five game matchup.
Game #1:	After taking an early lead, Janesville pitching falls apart again as the Panthers pulls away to win it 10-5. Fred McGriff goes 3 for 4 with 2 homers and 4 RBI’s.
Game #2:	Game 2 never in doubt for Fort Worth as they win 8-1. Abbott wins his seventh of the year going 8 innings in a quality start.
Game #3:	Despite 8 hits, Janesville unable to score a run as the Panthers win game three 9-0. McGriff goes yard again, as he continues to swing a hot bat in the series, batting .462 with three homers and six RBI’s.
Game #4:	The Juggernauts bats look lost as they are only able to muster 2 runs on six hits losing 7-2. Player of the week candidate McGriff goes 3 for 4 with 2 more RBI’s.
Game #5:	The final game of the series is all Fort Worth as they win it 12-1.
Summary	Forth Worth wins all five games, and goes home to face California next week. Janesville goes back on the road again to face Chicago.

Manhattan Gas Hornets @ Clovis Cougars
Preview	1st Place Gas Hornets travel out west for a 5 game set with Clovis. Cougars sit in third place, 2 games behind Long Beach.
Game #1:	Hornets 1 Cougars 0 Magrane delivers for the Gas Hornets with 8.1 brilliant innings. James homered in the first to provide the only offense in the game. Wells took the tough luck loss for Clovis.
Game #2:	Clovis 3 Manhattan 2 (10 innings) All homers, all the time. Murray blasted his 18th in the second for a 1-0 Clovis lead. Dawson replied with a two run bomb in the 4th to put Manhattan up 2-1. In the 5th Greenwell slugged his 13th to tie it at 2 apiece. It stayed that way until the bottom of the tenth with two outs when Darryl Hamilton sent his first of the year over the fence to give Clovis the 3-2 walk-off win.
Game #3:	Clovis 4 Manhattan 3 Barfield drove home Henderson in the first, added two more on a double in the third as Clovis built a 4-0 lead. Gas Hornets fought back on a two run Joyner double and a Gerald Perry pinch hit home run but Meyer, Smith, and Myers shut the door out of the Clovis pen to seal the win.
Game #4:	Clovis 5 Manhattan 1 Murray crushed his 19th in the first to give Clovis an early lead. Harris never could find his rhythm as the Cougars piled up 8 hits in his 4 innings of work before Martin pulled the plug on him. By that time it was 5-0 and the only change to the scoring would be McReynolds homer in the 8th but it was to little to late for the Gas Hornets.
Game #5:	Manhattan 5 Clovis 3 Bob Welch improved to 17-2 with 7 strong innings of work in the game. Santiago had three hits and three RBI to lead Manhattan. Smiley pitched credibly even after being awarded a 1 due to his itchy status but still took the loss.
Summary	Clovis takes 3 of 5 from Eastern front-runner Manhattan. Manhattan takes on the Missouri Black Bears at home next week while the Cougars travel to Michigan to face the Marauders.
